We are an out-of-the-box, hands-on group that feeds on the complexities of asset development and management.  Our specialty areas of Student Housing & Hotel pack a market punch when paired with our technology know-how.  We mesh the best of our Full Service, Branded Hotel expertise into Premium Student Residence solutions.  Our past successes in asset realignment speak for themselves; we redefine the heights of maximum service operations, financial performance and market value.

While our backgrounds include asset integration of global branding and consistency platforms we are Canadian market experts.  And, with an aesthetic and functional design background inspired by our Luxury Custom Residential developments our market edge becomes obvious.

All that said... we caution you about this:  We are GEEKS.  So while our socks might not match our belts, we design, build and operate Internet Services, Managed IT and Smart Automation for fun.  Be it advisory services, management, and/or stakeholder engagements, our love for elegantly radical problem-solving and cool gadgets is always on mind.
